If you choose to bring a third person we reserve the right to ask you to vacate. We do not supply extra linen and all damage and extra cleaning will be charged.
All furniture must be restored to original position

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Cancellations: If we re-let for the same period the full amount less $20 admin fee will be refunded.
